This hotel is located in a beautiful historic location, surrounded by a picturesque pond and forest perfect for hiking or cycling. the room was simple but clean and had all necessary amenities. the buffet breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. the staff were helpful and attentive.
Dinner was a letdown. the food was mediocre and overpriced.

Spent my Christmas holiday here and had the best time! The historical location was a definite plus, with mesmerizing ruins of a convent and beautiful English garden near a large pond and forest with numerous hiking and biking trails that we enjoyed. The hotel rooms were pleasantly spacious, clean, and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, and the dinner was delicious too. They had attentive and friendly staff who went the extra mile. Loved the sustainability- electric power was generated from the nearby water mill.
The only downside we experienced was the quality of the dinner which was mediocre and slightly pricey. Maybe we didn't make the right choices.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings near the ruins of a monastery, a large pond, and a forest with an English garden. the room itself is simple but clean, with all the necessary amenities. the service is friendly and attentive, with a personal touch at breakfast. the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. the staff are helpful and the beds are comfortable.
The prices for dinner were on the higher side, and the quality of the food was mediocre.

Pleasant welcome, beautiful surroundings with ruins of a monastery, large pond and adjacent forest, clean and spacious room, delicious food, excellent breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner personally welcomed me and the surroundings were absolutely delightful. The hotel is located near the ruins of a monastery, with a beautiful pond and a forest with a large English garden. The hiking and biking trails in the area were a bonus. My room, though simple, was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The delicious food at dinner and the generous breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and its facilities.
Couldn't fault anything.
